This statistic presents the headline rents of leased industrial properties in selected cities of Sweden, listed by type of property: warehouse and logistics & distribution space, as of the 1st half of 2019. Prime headline rents are calculated for units of standard size and highest quality (Grade A) in the best location of the market. At that time, prime rental prices of prime warehouse space in Stockholm amounted to 10.8 euros per square meter per month, and for the logistics & distribution spaces, 8.8 euros per square meter per month.
