Opinion on property selling prices in Italy Q2 2019, by macro-region
This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in the second quarter of 2019 in Italy among real estate agents, broken down by macro-region. Participants were asked to evaluate if the housing selling prices have changed during the survey period compared to the prices of the previous quarter. In the South and in the Islands, around 18 percent of the respondents reported a decrease in the property selling prices, the highest share in the country.
