Industrial plants production: annual volume growth rate in France 2014-2021

Insee defines "other industrial plants" as tobacco, flax, hops, sugar cane, etc., and as of 2018, beets. Their yearly volume evolution between 2014 and 2021 has highly fluctuated, especially in the last four years of that period. Indeed, the evolution rate dropped to -10.9 percent in 2018, rose to -1.9 percent the following year, before dropping again to -13.1 percent in 2020, and finally surging to +16.2 percent in 2021.
