Direct and indirect jobs in the wind industry oscillated over the years in the 28 European Union members. Between 2013 and 2018, figures decreased by 11,100 jobs, peaking at 356,700 employees in 2017. In 2018, there were 325,300 employees in the wind industry, a loss of 31,400 employees compared to the previous year.
