Consumption per person of olive oil in Spain 2010-2019

In 2019, the per capita consumption of olive oil was 7.71 kilos, two less than at the beginning of the period studied. Since 2017, the consumption of olive oil, one of the main ingredients of the Mediterranean diet, has fallen below eight kilos per person.
