This statistic displays the share of individuals who smoke on a daily basis in Turkey in 2019, broken down by age and gender. The age group 35 to 44 years is the demographic with the highest proportion of daily smokers, with around half of the men, and a quarter of women aged in this range smoking on a daily basis. In all of the age groupings smoking is more prevalent among men compared to women.
