Mexico: fintech adoption rate 2017-2019

The fintech adoption rate among Mexican online users has doubled since 2017. Fintech adoption represents the share of digitally active people who used two or more fintech services in the previous six months. In 2017, the fintech adoption rate in Mexico stood at 36 percent, and the survey results in 2019 showed it rose to 72 percent.
