During the 2018-19 survey period, 19.5 percent of Indigenous Australians aged 20 to 64 living in the Australian Capital Territory had attained or was studying for a Bachelor degree in Australia. The national average for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders was 8.1 percent and the poorest performing territory was the Northern Territory at under 5 percent.
