Women's perceptions of gender equality at workplace in Finland 1998-2017 This statistic displays the results of a survey conducted in Finland regarding women's experienced gender equality at their workplace in selected years from 1998 to 2017. During the period under survey, the share of women thinking that their workplace promoted gender equality very or somewhat poorly decreased on most years, amounting to eight percent in 2017. In 2017, 70 percent of the respondents felt that their workplace handled gender equality somewhat or very well.
