Mexico: grocery shopping frequency 2017

In 2017, 38 percent of the Mexican people interviewed in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey reported going grocery shopping for one large purchase per week, in addition to small purchases as needed. Making one large purchase every two weeks or less frequently was not as usual, with 35 percent of respondents choosing this option. People who made small purchases according to their needs accounted for only 27 percent of the shoppers surveyed.
