Share of companies with five working days a week Japan 2023, by size
As of January 2023, about 68.1 percent of business enterprises in Japan with more than 1,000 employees were implementing a full-scale two days off a week for their employees. An overall share of around 53.3 percent of surveyed companies offered full-scale two days off per week.
