Share of adults making new years resolutions in Great Britain in 2020, by age group

Almost half of those aged 18 to 24 in Britain intend to make a New Year's resolution in 2020, the most of any age group. Younger age groups were far more likely to say they will make a resolution, with just 18 percent of over 55s stating they will make a resolution in 2020. In the same year, women were slightly more likely than men to say they intended to make a resolution, although a majority of both genders said they had no plans to make a resolution in 2020.
