This statistic shows the result of a survey on the most important food criteria for café visitors in Denmark in 2016. As of November 2016, a share of 59 percent of respondents stated that a café should focus on preparing tasty dishes. The freshness of the served food was important for a share of 42 percent, followed by the possibility to choose dishes that are not too expensive (36 percent).
