Cities with the highest rental price for a dwelling in Italy 2020

As of June 2020, Milan was by far the most expensive city in Italy to rent a dwelling. In fact, people wishing to rent an apartment or a house in the city were expected to pay on average 20 euros per square meters. Following in the ranking, came Florence (16.2 euros per square meters) and Venice (15 euros per square meters. Rome, the Eternal City, came fifth: renting a dwelling in the Italian capital cost on average 13.9 euros per square meter.
