Study on consumer attitudes to food in France 2015

This report gives the results of a survey conducted by Ipsos on behalf of the Irish food board Bord Bia on consumers' attitudes and behaviours towards food in France. Topics covered include attitudes and behavioural trends to the food we eat, cooking at home, eating at home, eating out, grocery shopping, nutritional health, environmental issues, buying locally, speciality foods, organic foods and alcohol. The report also compares data with previous studies, showing trends and changes to consumer behaviour since the survey began.
