In 2020, 57 percent of managers and executives working in Italy declared to be willing to accept an increase in salary or a bonus in form of welfare services. On the other hand, workers (e.g. laborers) made up the lowest share of respondents in favor of an increase in salary or a bonus in form of welfare services.
