Main means of finding operating instructions online in Japan 2019
This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in April 2019 in Japan asking smartphone users about their preferred methods for finding setup or usage instructions online. During the surveyed period, around 28 percent of respondents in Japan stated to prefer to use browsers over apps for finding manuals online, while the majority of respondents remained indifferent.
