EU refugee resettlement pledges as of May 2018, by country

This statistic displays the number of refugee resettlement places that member states of the European Union (EU) pledged under the "50,000" scheme. Out of 28 member states, Germany and France, each declared 10,200 resettlement places. Poland, Hungary, and several other countries did not pledge any commitments. The EU "50,000" scheme, launched by the European Commission in September 2017, was a resettlement plan for 50,000 persons in need of protection.
