Sales volume of gas cookers in the Netherlands 2013-2019
From 2016 onwards, the number of gas cookers sold in the Netherlands decreased steadily, as Dutch household appeared to turn away from gas to electrical alternatives. Between 2016 and 2019, the number of gas cookers in the Netherlands more than halved. In 2019, 56,431 gas cookers were sold in the Netherlands, whereas two years previously, almost 119 thousand gas cookers were purchased by Dutch households.
