Around 57 percent of consumers and business buyers think that voice assistants are revolutionary, according to a 2019 global survey. A further 58 percent of business buyers prefer to talk to their device than type in it. Most smartphones are installed with voice assistants nowadays, and smart speakers, which are preinstalled with the technology, are also rapidly becoming a household item, popularizing the use of voice assistants.
