Oslo was the Norwegian city with highest average price per square meter for dwellings as of 2019. The prices in the Norwegian capital reached over 75 thousand Norwegian kroner per square meter. Second in the list was the Northern city of Tromsø with average prices of nearly 50 thousand Norwegian kroner per square meter that year.
