Number of active clients Karvy Corporate FY 2014-2021
In fiscal year 2021, the Indian financial services company Karvy Corporate had around two thousand active clients. This drop in customers came as a result of investigations against the company for allegedly misusing money and securities. In November 2019, Karvy was banned from accepting new clients by the Securities and Echange Board of India (SEBI) and in November 2020 it was disclosed from its membership at the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Karvy offered a host of services including providing secured loans for small businesses, portfolio management and commodities broking.
