Soccer interest levels in the U.S. 2020, by gender
Despite being one of the most popular sports in the world, the level of interest in soccer in the United States still remains relatively low. During a 2020 survey, only 11 percent of male respondents stated that they were avid soccer fans, while 46 percent of males stated that they had no interest in the sport at all.
