Impact of Dubai Fitness Challenge on learning or following a new exercise 2019
According to a survey on the opinion of Dubai residents towards the Dubai Fitness Challenge in November 2019, 63 percent of respondents stated that the challenge has helped them a lot in learning or following a new form of exercise. The Dubai Fitness Challenge is an initiative which challenges people in the city to do 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days to maintain a healthier and more active lifestyle.
