Opinions on factors stopping women from achieving equality with men in Belgium 2019
What is the most important reason that women have not yet achieved quality with men in Belgium? According to respondents taking part in this Ipsos survey, this was mainly because employers are not addressing the gender pay gap. They also blamed employers for not helping women to balance work and care responsibilities.
