As of April 2020, Xiaomi was most popular among teenagers in India. Over 26 percent of teenagers below 18 years used Xiaomi smartphones. This was followed by 18 to 24 years age group, with 25 percent of this age group possessing a smartphone from this company. Since 2019, the south Asian nation had the second largest number of smartphone users across the globe.
