Italy: unemployment rate by age group 2020

As of December 2020, the percentage of unemployed individuals aged between 15 and 24 years in Italy amounted to 29.7 percent. Among the different age groups, the youngest population represented that mostly affected by unemployment. The youth unemployment rate is the highest in the Southern regions of Sicily, Calabria, and Campania.
