This bar chart shows the share of French luxury professionals with a positive or very positive assessment of the industry from 2013 to 2020. From 2014 to 2016, less than 50 percent of the industry professionals assessed the sector positively, however between 2017 and 2019, luxury professionals in France felt very positively towards the industry. Unsurprisingly within the COVID-19 context, the share of professional feeling optimistic about the sector dropped dramatically in 2020, going from 72 percent in 2019 to 31 percent in 2020.
