As of February 11, 2021, 87 percent of Singaporean respondents stated that they were wearing face masks when in public places during the COVID-19 outbreak, up from 24 percent on Feb 21, 2020. Singapore has since started to open up after imposing lockdown measures to control the spread of COVID-19.
