Number of coronavirus (COVID-19) deaths in Poland 2020, by age and gender

On March 12, 2020, the first death as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19) was recorded in Poland and the number has increased significantly since then. As of June 6, 2020, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in Poland resulted in 1,153 deaths. However, the distribution of these deaths differed greatly by age and gender. To this day, most deaths occurred in older patients and among men.
The first cases of coronavirus infection in Poland were reported on 4 March. Since then, the number of infected people has been increasing steadily.
