Taiwan: online gaming session length by age group 2022

According to a survey on online gaming conducted by Rakuten Insight in April 2022, about 44 percent of the surveyed Taiwanese gamers aged from 45 to 54 years spent between one and two hours per each session on online gaming. The same survey found that about 47 percent of gamers from Taiwan played online games every day.

The survey was conducted among
1,446 respondents aged 16 to 24 years,
2,692 respondents aged 25 to 34 years,
2,610 respondents aged 35 to 44 years,
1,225 respondents aged 45 to 54 years and
425 respondents aged 55 years and older.
