Second homes bought in Spain by region 2019
During 2019, more than half a million second homes were bought in Spain. Andalusia was Spain's autonomous community where the highest number of these type of homes were purchased, with approximately 108 thousand homes during the year under review. Catalonia ranked second, with almost 90 thousand second home properties in 2019.
