
Poly drug use in Belgium in 2018, by age
The prevalence of poly drug use in Belgium was higher among younger people than it was among older age groups in 2018. During that year, it was estimated that 4.3 percent of 25-to-34 year-olds consumed multiple types of drugs in the past 12 months. After the age of 34, this consumption decreased in Belgium. For instance, between ages 45 and 54, it was estimated that 0.3 percent of Belgians used multiple drugs within the year.
