the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, travel behavior all across the globe has changed, particularly in terms of transportation preferences. According to a May 2020 survey, 17 percent of respondents stated that they would be somewhat comfortable using ride sharing services after the COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted in the United States. In contrast, 36 percent respondents expressed that they would not be at all comfortable with using ride sharing services.
