Monthly household spending on baby diapers in China H1 2020, by city tier
A survey conducted in China in spring of 2020 revealed that almost 34 percent of respondents from first and second tier cities and 36 percent of respondents from smaller cities spent on average between 201 and 500 yuan on infant diapers monthly. Respondents from third, fourth and lower tier cities in China tend to spend less on baby diapers.
