Take-up distribution of logistic warehouses in the UK 2016-H1 2022, by size band
As of the first half of 2022, approximately 36 percent of logistics real estate take-up was by warehouses in the biggest size band. In comparison, during 2021, about 42 percent of logistics real estate take-up was by the warehouses in the this size band (over 500,000 square feet).
