Prime office yield in UK cities (excluding London) January 2021-2022
Prime office yields were the highest in Aberdeen at 6.5 percent, followed by Cardiff at 5.5 percent as of January 2022. As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and increased investor caution, yields saw a slight shift outwards. In comparison, London office yields remained substantially lower.
