In 2020, the price for wet wipes more than doubled compared to 2019. At the same time, because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in Romania, prices for medical alcohol, as well as disinfectant increased by 76 percent and 53 percent respectively. On the other hand, prices for alcoholic drinks and toilet paper had a drop of at least ten percent.
