In 2022, the number of new condominium units in the Greater Tokyo Area in Japan amounted to 31.5 thousand. With a supply of close to 49.4 thousand condominium units, the Greater Tokyo and Kinki Area accounted for almost 70 percent of the total supply of condominiums units in Japan that year.
