Comparison of profits from residential and tourist rentals by district Barcelona 2020

In all ten districts located in Barcelona renting property for tourism was more profitable than renting as residential property as of September 2020. It was in Sarriá-Sant Gervasi where renting for both residential and touristic purposes were the most profitable, reporting monthly earnings of 1037 and 1238 euros, respectively.
