Leading Spanish provinces by volume of rented dwellings 2020
Madrid and Barcelona stood out as the Spanish provinces with the highest property volume rented as the first residence, both provinces exceeding 300,000 rented dwellings. Valencia ranked third in the list as there were approximately 108 thousand rented homes in that province in 2020.
