Opinion on genetically modified meat in Japan 2019
According to a survey conducted in October 2019, more than 23 percent of consumers in Japan stated that they do not want to eat meat from genetically altered livestock. Only 8.6 percent claimed that they would consume GMO meat if products are low-priced and high in nutrition.
