Annual sales growth of leading chain stores in China 2021, by store type
Department stores have been growing rapidly in China in recent years. In 2021, sales of the leading convenience store chains recorded a 8.7 percent year-on-year growth, while the specialty stores experienced a loss of 17 percent.
