Key department store operators' development goals in China for 2021
According to the survey conducted in 2021, around 72 percent of the surveyed key department store operators in China planned to accelerate digitalization in the next year. Moreover, 49.4 percent of the respondents intended to increase technological applications in the next 12 months.
