Value of IPO proceeds on the German Stock Exchange 2019-2021, by sector
From the first quarter of 2019 to the last quarter of 2021, the German Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse) IPO scene was dominated by the consumer discretionary sector in terms of the largest value of proceeds. IPO proceeds in this sector amounted to approximately 4.4 billion U.S. dollars. This was followed by the technology sector, with approximately four billion U.S. dollars in proceeds of IPOs. The industry sector completed the top three, with an IPO proceeds value of approximately 2.7 billion U.S. dollars.
