In March 2022, the median square footage sales price of a single family home in the San Francisco Bay Area was approximately 821 U.S. dollars. Condos, on the other hand, sold for close to 752 U.S. dollars per square foot. The Far North was the most affordable region with sales price of 248 and 206 U.S. dollars for single family homes and condos, respectively.
