In 2021, the subscription video on demand (SVOD) segment generated roughly 1.9 billion euros. In comparison, the transactional video on demand (TVOD) generated revenues of 482 million euros in the same year. For 2026, according to PwC, SVOD revenues are expected to increase to 2.83 billion euros.
