Import value of oil products in Tanzania 2000-2020
Oil imports into Tanzania amounted to roughly 1.3 billion U.S. dollars in 2020, decreasing from some 1.8 billion U.S. dollars in the previous year. During the period observed, oil products imports into the country strongly increased in value until reaching a peak of 4.3 billion U.S. dollars in 2013. From that year onwards, the import value has generally declined.
