Most oil import reliant European countries 2017

Estonia is the most oil import reliant country in Europe. In 2017, Estonia had an oil import dependency of 115.2 percent, indicating that more oil and oil products were imported and stocked than needed that year. The same was true for seven other countries. By comparison, Denmark and Norway were the only European countries with an excess of oil and no import reliance.
