In the Philippines, the male population aged between 20 to 24 amounted to 9.4 percent of the total male population in 2021. In contrast, the male population aged between 20 to 24 in Japan amounted to just under five percent of the total male population in 2021. The female Gen Z population in the Asia-Pacific region took up a smaller share among the female population overall compared to their male counterparts.
